Running alongside your trades, from site establishment onwards.
Ongoing clearing of debris, waste and trade rubbish through the build, keeping access ways, stairs and work areas usable and compliant.
Additional hands for material movement, waste removal, site set-up and whatever else the programme needs on the day.
The first pass once wet trades are out, clearing the space so finishing trades can work to a clean substrate.

Approaching
completion
Once the build is closed up and finishes are going in.
Full detail clean of the completed works — floors, joinery, glazing, wet areas and fixtures brought up to presentation standard.
Detail cleaning for tenancy fit-outs and refurbishment works, including occupied buildings where staging and access need managing.
External glazing and facade cleaning at height, removing construction residue, render splatter and protective film.
Driveways, car parks, paths, podiums and external hard surfaces cleaned down ready for presentation.

Handover
The clean the client actually walks through.
The presentation clean before PC inspection — detailed to the standard the certifier, client or purchaser will be looking at, and staged floor by floor where handover is progressive.

After
handover
Through the defects period and beyond.
Returning to areas reopened for defect rectification, cleaning down after the trades and bringing the space back to handover condition.
